The company was founded in 1969, focusing primarily on lettershop and fulfillment services, and is currently operated by Patrick M. Doyle, son of the founder.

Mr. Doyle began offering mail sorting services soon after the United States Postal Service began to outsource this process to commercial enterprises. Later he merged mail sorting with laser printing, offset printing and lettershop services.

These services make Barton & Cooney one of the industry’s finest printing and mailing services provider and capable of meeting most any client’s needs.
